Return Policy

We want you to love your purchase! If you are not completely satisfied, you may return your item under the following conditions:

    Returns are accepted within 2 days of receiving the product.
  2. Condition of the Item:
    To qualify for a return, the product must be:
    • Unworn and unwashed
    • With original tags attached
    • In its original packaging
    • With all accessories included
    • Undamaged and in resalable condition
  3. Return Process:
    • Contact our customer support within the 2-day return window.
    • Provide your order number and reason for return.
    • Once approved, return the item to the provided address.
  4. Non-Returnable Items:
    Items that are worn, washed, damaged, missing tags, or returned after the 2-day period will not be eligible for a return.

 

Exchange Policy

We want you to love your purchase! If you are not completely satisfied, you may request an exchange under the following conditions:

  1. Exchange Period:
    Exchanges are accepted within 5 days of receiving the product.
  2. Product Condition:
    To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be:
    • Unworn and unwashed
    • In its original packaging
    • With all original tags and accessories attached
    • Undamaged and in resellable condition
  3. Proof of Purchase:
    A valid order number or receipt must be provided to process your exchange.
  4. Exchange Method:
    • Once your item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status. If received item is damaged it will not be eligible for exchanges
    • If approved, your exchange will be processed, and the replacement item will be sent to you.
  5. Shipping Costs:
    • Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item received was defective or incorrect.
